Refund and Returns Policy

At GearPariz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your product, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products or requesting a refund.


1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, including but not limited to personalized or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning your product, please email us at info@gearpariz.com or call (610) 367-2917 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: After receiving the RA number, package your item securely and return it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect item or damaged goods).

Return Shipping:

  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will offer you a store credit or alternative solution.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product is defective.

Exceptions:

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Personalized or custom products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

To initiate the process:

  1. Contact us immediately by emailing info@gearpariz.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if the item is eligible for return or replacement.

5. Final Sale Items

Some products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please carefully review product descriptions and ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your order.
